About Melinda

Movement became my anchor in my twenties and has remained a powerful force in my life ever since. Over the past two decades, exploring practices like the Nia Technique, Mat Pilates and many various practices and performance-based techniques, I have deepened my connection to the body. It not only has shown me how movement can tell stories but also heal, empower, and uplift both body and mind.
