The Next Wave: An Embodied Career Coaching and Movement Workshop.

Pause, reconnect and discover what’s next in your work and life.
Many women reach a point in their career where something no longer feels aligned — yet the next step isn’t always clear. The pressure to have it all figured out can feel overwhelming and isolating, especially when what’s really needed is space to pause, reflect and reconnect with what truly matters.
A new workshop is creating a different kind of career conversation — one that is real, human and supportive.
Designed as a nourishing space for women exploring their next career move, the experience invites participants to step away from the noise of expectations and reconnect with their own sense of direction. Through guided reflection, gentle movement and open conversation, the workshop helps women access clarity from within while being supported by a community of others navigating similar transitions.
Rather than focusing only on strategy or outcomes, the workshop recognises that meaningful career change begins with connection — to yourself, your values and the people around you.
Participants will leave feeling more grounded, supported and inspired, with practical tools and renewed confidence to take their next step.
Join Chez and Mel for their next wave workshop in July 19, 11am at Dee Why Surf Life Saving Club.
