Nia Summer Playshop

Start the new year with a fun Nia playshop incorporating music,  movement and your bodies way to bring MAGIC!

This 3hr playshop will include playing with voice, instruments and sounds with movement of the body. A 45min Nia dance. A deep look into your journey for 2014 and setting your intentions or simply where you are at in life. We also invite you to bring something representing a colour and which is creative, as a symbol of your intentions for 2014. This can be as simple as a coloured scarf, crystal stone, jewellery, an ornament, a flower, leaf, a picture – Anything which you feel connected to.

Jessica Clements (talented Singer/Musician and upcoming Art Therapist) and Melinda Nassif (Certified Nia Blue Belt Instructor as well as a performer in Acting, Dancing and Percussion instruments)  will be co-teaching in this workshop on the 11th January 2014 at The Yoga House in Gladesville from 10.30am – 1.30pm.

Cost is $45 for 3hr Playshop. Nia Association Members: $40. Unemployed or Concession (must show ID card): $25.
