Movement Exploration

Sounds simple right – just move and explore. And although it is, it’s also so much more! There is beauty in spending the time to move your body. There are so many layers to navigate through, and to journey with your body and mind can be a deeply gratifying thing. Why not give yourself the time to peel through the layers, to move your body, observe it and learn to receive what it is asking, what it needs and what you can explore through movement as a way of healing, discovery and flow.

Give yourself the opportunity to reconnect to your creative source, your body’s wisdom and to your spirit and surrender to what it is you are seeking. Become in tune with your true purpose and being present in your body. Movement in your body is such a great way to find out what it is that your body might be holding onto, where it needs to release, how your mind can affect your body or body affect your mind and noticing what movements can assist you to unleash your potential, or simply to feel better.

Moving creatively also stimulates your imagination and makes you feel inspired to tell stories, explore possibilities and how we can use creativity as a way of unravelling a deeper message that can benefit not only you and your body but also others as well, especially as movement expression and storytelling.

  1. That sounds like a great way to reconnect with yourself. It’s a lesson I’ve rediscovered from being a parent. Kids are naturally very physical and full of energy, and they express their emotions through physically too. It’s been liberating having the excuse to do it again as an adult!

    1. Absolutely, what a great gift to have and share with. Keep it up!
