Stepping into Body Awareness and the JOY of movement!

Image

The Nia White Belt belt training is the first step into bringing to self the complete experience of what Nia is all about – the JOY of movement. Being able to learn/re-learn/refresh life enhancing tools to create body-mind-spirit awareness and optimal health in my bodies way. It has been truly uplifting while embodying the foundation of what Nia is all about!

I re-sat and completed again the Nia White Belt training in Sydney last week and I have deep gratitude even more in the Nia practice and feel I have embodied even more and become aware of how much it has shifted by body to feeling truly alive. Here is a few of the things I took from one week of Nia and yet so much more that words can not explain:

Sensing true joy of movement and as a sensation in the body.

Full awareness of my own bodies experience and self-healing through joy and love.

Looking at the bodies natural time and design and becoming a conscious mover with listening to the bodies way.

Embody even more the 52 moves, and 9 movement forms which Nia incorporates in every choreography.

Freedance and learning tools to even being more comfortable to express my bodies dance and how to incorporate this into body-centred Nia choreography.

Living meditation and using this tool though day to day life and living.

I feel i have enriched even more the power of choosing, both in life’s decisions and what energies and stories I take into my body to manifest (a life long journey and practice).

X-ray anatomy and awareness to looking within to self-heal or be simply consciously present in the body.

My life’s purpose.

Much gratitude and look forward to sharing Nia this year in my classes.
